Called to the Bar in 2020, Morgan practices in Winnipeg, Portage La Prairie, and surrounding areas as an associate at Wolson Roitenberg Robinson Wolson Minuk Law. She practices primarily in the areas of criminal law, with a focus on Charter litigation. She has appeared as counsel before the Manitoba Provincial Court, Court of Queen’s Bench, Manitoba Health Appeal Board, and the Disciplinary Court of Stony Mountain Institution and Provincial Institutions throughout Manitoba. 
 

Morgan graduated from the University of Regina with a Bachelor of Human Justice (Distinction) in 2015. In 2019, she graduated from the University of Manitoba with a Juris Doctor degree. She then articled with Legal Aid Manitoba at the Phoenix Community Law Centre. Following her call to the bar, she practiced as an associate with WRMG Law before joining Wolson Roitenberg Robinson Wolson Minuk in 2022. 

Morgan is a member of the Manitoba Criminal Defence Lawyers Association as well as the Ontario Criminal Lawyers’ Association and Women in Canadian Criminal Defence working groups.
